If you’re having trouble getting your UK bank account verified or your deposited funds are not in your GBP wallet, please verify that the following items are correct:

  • Your UK bank account Sort code and Account number were correctly added to your Linked Accounts.
  • The ‘Legal Name’ field on your Coinbase account matches the name of the bank account the deposit was sent from.
  • Your ID has been uploaded and successfully verified here.
  • For missing deposits, your unique reference code was copied correctly and included.
